A degree of losing weight on 4-week diet plan - Author experimentation

Never take your health for granted - Yes! Your conclusion is spot on as you study the title, I experimented weight loss diet plan on myself to see if it really works, how sick is that! I've posted the title couple of months back and very intense at initiating the program but wasn't ready to hell-bent on sticking to the plan. I had to drop the cause twice as I'm not determined to control my urge for continental food and indeed much difficulty lies in supper time and thereupon I planned to go with biased diet instead of a strict diet plan.



Primordially, I've planned my 3 big meal to 4 to 5 short intakes in a day, I'm not an early bird so, mostly I've brunch as my first meal. The surprisingly substantial amount of breakfast helps in losing weight says, dietitians. I always had big fat morning meals typically incorporated one from the list.

Sprouts salad with some green veggies

Multi-grain bread with half boiled egg

Vegetable salad

My midday meal is spiritless and maintained uniformity, always have 3 thin Indian bread and curry. Green tea is supplement to the post lunch snack which is rich in antioxidants to attain optimal health, improves weight loss, function of brain and lot more besides.

Now here comes the precarious part, evenings can tricky and deceiving, the times when second person (Inner you) becomes more active and to convince him is painful. we gotta a stand to posts and stick to our guns. So, I'm dead set on doing cardio for an hour in evenings helps me to burn few calories everyday and my sane helps to remember the resilient amount of hard work is put on to kill very less calories.

For the dinner , I have prepared the Oats with roasted vegetables and sometimes while millet breads with curry. White millet helps in controlling the cholesterol levels.

Moreover, I gave significant importance to elements like having 4 liters of water and two glasses of hot water with in it, zero red meat and minimal rice intake, no soft drinks, no alcohol consumption, no added sugar foods, taking the stairs at least twice to the 4th floor to reach my workstation and predominant to have at least 7 hours of sleep every day in the busy schedule.


You must be wondering does this experiment paid off ..? In a way YES! I've lost 4 kilos (8.8 pounds) in 30 days for my biased experiment. So, stick to the diet plan and don't check the weight until last day.
