Line of thought picked out from famous novelist and screenwriter Stephen king's book - 'Rita Hayworth and shawshank redemption', while i was putting myself out to give a title and viewpoint on taking control over slump.

1. The Trigger of Woebegone.

A feeling of slump is common phenomena and everybody can get into it at times. Busy Living or Busy Dying

2. Plan in motion.

Start acting by taking control over oneself by accepting the way things are and situations surrounded, you can't fully control the situations but yourself. Set a direct goals and complement even if you reach them slowly. Motivate yourself by finding the real you and paying attention to the hidden interest and work on it. Recent survey on questioning top CEOs and recruitment heads like google,NASA, NY stock brokerage firms,.. current standard for selection criteria for a human resource would be: A person with a interest apart from work skill, because passion drives the teamwork and life.

3. Action contd.

Change in lifestyle will rejuvenate ones circumstances, start going out and take a first step in meeting new people and keep your company open. Don't be too hard on yourself, take a vacation and get lost in nature and enjoy the presence of life. It is not worth if you are fighting for materialistic possessions.

4. Reason to live.

Our minds trained to restrain you on comfort zone as we learn the substandard skill from the era of Sapiens. Stamp on the negative thoughts and never-mind what others think about you, remember you are captain to your ship and steer it in right direction because we deserve every right to live busily
